Int’l Move Co-ordinator-Ref:HRSS8014

* Good sales support role experience. Ability to persuade customer.

* Professional telephone skills. Ability to speak clearly and confidently. Must be good listener and take accurate message.

* Salary range from $1.4K to $1.8K plus transport reimbursement (commencing salary will be based on experience)

Job Summary :

The Int’l Move Co-ordinator is required to liaise with the customers (mainly expatriates) , attend to enquiries on their household move, provide basic product knowledge, scheduling of survey appointment (must be familiar with Singapore roads & location of Condo, expat residential areas in districts 9,10, 11, 15, 16 etc). Other sales support duties and task like typing of quotations, prepare forms, sales brochures, etc. Input data into AS400 system, open job files. Follow up to check whether sales enquiry successful etc.

* Working hours: Mon – Fri 0830 hours to 1730 hours, Sat 0830 hours to 1230 hours, 2 sat off per month.

* Chinese female

* Good tele-communication and interpersonal relations skills
* Good team player as well as ability to work independently
* With an eye for details, can express clearly
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment with sense of urgency
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Salary range from $1.4K to $1.6K plus transport reimbursement (commencing salary will be based on experience)
* Location at Jurong, 51/2 day week

Job Summary:

* To ensure proper control & execute application of Management Cooperation Strata Title documents, cheques and admin documents related to schedule jobs.
* To call & make arrangement of delivery of materials when that is a request.
* To assist with handyman services when that is a request and any other admin related duties as and when required.
